DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dispatch Times / Days
North Island orders received by 1:30pm (NZST) Monday - Thursday will be dispatched on the day of order*.
South Island orders are best dispatched Monday to Wednesday due to most South Island deliveries taking 48 hours. Whilst we are more than happy to dispatch your South Island delivery order on a Thursday, Treegifts.co.nz can take no responsibility should your order not be received by your recipient until the following Monday. Please note that Rurual deliveries to RD addresses can take up to 48 hours from the time of dispatch and for this reason Rurual deliveries are only sent Monday to Wednesday.
We strongly suggest you purchase a Saturday delivery ticket should you wish to place an order for South Island addresses on Thursdays.
Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional $6.50 by clicking the "Saturday Delivery Ticket" add to cart button.
Please note Saturday delivery is ONLY available to main centres and not outlying towns including Rurual areas- if in any doubt please email prior to purchase. Main centres include: Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton and Christchurch.
Orders placed on
Fridays and weekends will be dispatched on Monday of the following week providing this is not a Public Holiday in which case the order will be dispatched on the next business day.ou would like your gift delivered on a specific date please enter this date in the "Preferred Delivery Date" box on the Delivery Information page.
Delivery Timeframes
Norh Island Deliveries:
All North Island deliveries are delivered "next working day" Monday through Friday with the exception of any R.D or Rural addresses. Rural deliveries require an additional 24 hours. Please note that some areas may be classed as Rural by the Courier delivery company even though the address may not be stated as "R.D" or "Rural".
*South Island Deliveries:
Although most main centres are delivered on a "next day" basis, in our experience when sending gifts to the South Island you should expect a two day delivery. Rural deliveries require an additional 24 hours. Please note that some areas may be classed as Rural by the Courier delivery company even though the address may not be stated as "R.D" or "Rural".
Product Delivery
Tree Gifts are delivered by courier nationwide Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). All of our gifts are traced through the courier system on a "track and trace" system. If your gift for any reason does not arrive when you had expected it to, please let us know and we will follow up with the courier immediately.
Please note a redelivery cost will be charged if the delivery information provided at the time of order is incorrect resulting in the non delivery of your gift.
All Trees, plants and seed products offered through Treegifts.co.nz Ltd can only be delivered within NZ and only to physical street addresses, we are unable to send to PO Box numbers or Private Bags due to the living nature of our gifts.
Paypal Addresses on Paypal Accounts:
Firstly, please do not worry about the shipping address that is stored in your paypal account.
After your payment has been processed using your credit card you will automatically be redirected to Treegifts.co.nz to enter delivery information including any message for your gift card.
