Payment Options:


Credit Card Payment - Paypal Online:

Tree Gifts New Zealand utilises the external payment gateway "Paypal" for credit card payments. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use this service.  Simply enter your credit card details with Paypal when you are redirected to pay for your order. 

Please note that the Paypal system will show a "shipping" address which may be different to that you entered into the cart.  Paypal simply requires all purchasers to state their own address on their site to verify your credit card which they call the "shipping" address.  Please rest assured that Tree Gifts NZ will only dispatch your gift to the address that you physically typed into your cart on checkout from our store.

 

Can I pay using my NZ bank account? 

You are more than welcome to pay via bank transfer into our NZ bank account, simply select this option at checkout.  Gifts will be dispatched after payment is cleared via the banking system. 


Delivery:
Tree Gifts New Zealand utilises an external courier delivery system for the delivery of gifts nationwide. Although we will do our very best to ensure your gift is delivered on your preferred delivery date, Tree Gifts New Zealand will not be held accountable for delays to the delivery which are outside of our control within the courier network.  Please see our delivery information page for standard delivery timeframes.


Rural Deliveries*

Rural Delivery (including R.D addresses and outlying rural towns) require 4-5 working days (excluding weekends) from the date of dispatch to final delivery to the property.   This is due to the utilisation of a sub-contractor within the courier network who takes the gift from the closest main centre to the rural property. This applies to all R.D. addresses within NZ including Waiheke Island.   For this reason we are unable to guarantee a specific date of delivery for rural addresses.   



Redelivery Charges:
Please note a redelivery fee will be charged if the delivery information provided at the time of order is incorrect resulting in the non-delivery of your gift. We will contact you as soon as we are advised by the courier company that there is any issue surrounding delivery via the phone number or email you provided when you placed your order.    


Changing of Tree Type by Recipient:

At times your gift recipient may decide that they would like to change the tree type they have received. We can organise this by way of having the courier collect the gift and return it to Tree Gifts NZ where a new gift can be substituted. This service via the courier network is called Freight Forward. Please note there is a minimum Freight Forward charge of $20 from the courier network to collect the gift. A further redelivery charge would also be required.
