If leaving at the property is not safe or there is no access, (apartment, gated community, dogs) please send to a work address.
At times deliveries can be delayed due to factors outside of our control (such as peak times (Christmas), road closures, pandemics!, Inter Island ferry sailings being cancelled). We cannot therefore guarantee the delivery date 100%, but please do tell us your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will do our absolute best to get it there on the day.
If we are advised of delays we will bring your dispatch forward, where time allows, to have delivery as close as possible to your preferred delivery date. At times this may mean the gift arrives a day early if the delay is cleared, but we believe it is best to err on the side of caution, better early than not at all.
