1 July 2021 Courier Service Update
- The Polar Blast that that hit New Zealand on Monday 28th June is continuing to move across the country causing further disruptions to our network.
Cook Strait Ferry services have remained cancelled since Monday, freight only sailings could resume later today, however, there are still expected delays due to a significant backlog of freight.
North Island roads were closed overnight, however, we have managed to move the freight to North Island destinations, there may be some delays in Wanganui and Masterton due to additional travel times.
South Island roads were open overnight, however, due to a large backlog from Monday evening delays are still expected.
Please bear with us as we work through these extreme weather conditions that are causing delays throughout the country. If you have any specific parcel queries you can use our track and trace function.
Please use your track and trace number on your order confirmation page to trace your parcel via the courier website, do let us know if you have not seen it after the extra +1 day delay (for Winter) to our approximate delivery timeframes and we will open an enquiry for you with the courier.
