Standard Delivery Times:
Orders received by 2:30pm (NZST) Monday to Friday are dispatched on the day of order (ex public holidays) or at a later date you may choose in your cart. Standard delivery time frames, apply thereafter (please see below).
Please note that delivery time frames required by the courier will always over-ride the delivery date you may select in your cart. For example, should you select next day delivery but the delivery time frame required is a 2 day delivery service to the area, this will be the quickest we can have your gift arrive at its destination.
Tree Gifts include no receipts or paperwork with gifts delivered, all receipts are emailed to you on order (the sender). The recipient will only ever receive the gift and gift card.
||Available only in the Upper Hutt area (excluding rural addresses ie:Whitemans Valley / Mangaroa). You will be unable to select the same day "date" at checkout, so please order before 11am and add a note at checkout "Same Day if possible".
1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).

Standard delivery time frames above + 2 working days (ex weekends). Rural delivery includes Waiheke Island (we do not deliver to Great Barrier Island).

We do not charge extra for rural delivery.
We like to be transparent with our shipping costs. Some companies up their product price and then state "free delivery!" but we know you can see right through that one!! We'd rather keep our prices lower and let you know the actual costs.
Delivery prices include the nationwide courier ticket and all custom external packaging. Delivery starts from $7.50 for our smaller gifts and increases on weight / dimensions for our larger gifts.
For volume orders of multiple gifts, price is calculated by weight and location at checkout.
Delivered by Courier (ATL):
All gifts are marked "Authority to Leave (ATL)" to ensure no delay occurs in the delivery of your gift. In addition, due to Covid 19 all couriers are working on Authority to Leave until further notice with no contact at the delivery address.
We recommend sending to a work address should leaving the parcel at a residential property not be safe or if the courier would have trouble accessing the property (ie: Apartment / Dog / Code Controlled Gated Communities).
Please use the NZ Post address and postcode finder to double check your delivery details, a redelivery fee will be applied should we need to redirect the gift if the information given on the order is incorrect.
At times deliveries can be delayed due to factors outside of our control (such as natural disasters, road closures, pandemics!, Inter island ferry sailings being cancelled due to Wellington blowing a gale, just to name a few). We will always do our very best to have your delivery made when requested but due to these unforeseen factors cannot guarantee delivery on the date you choose 100%.
We will always send you a courier tracking number on dispatch so you can view your gift whilst in transit and out for delivery. Should your gift not arrive when you would expect it to (given the standard time frames above), please do email and we can follow up the courier for you during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm). We cannot follow up with the courier on weekends.
All gifts offered through Treegifts.co.nz Ltd can only be delivered to physical street addresses within New Zealand (excluding Great Barrier Island). Gifts cannot be sent internationally nor to NZ PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Treegifts.co.nz Ltd T/A Tree Gifts NZ are unable to seek reimbursement with couriers for delays in parcel delivery.
