All gifts are tracked with the courier both by tracking number and GPS. No. Absolutely not. The only items inside the delivery box are
a) your gift and;
b) the gift card (if you entered one at checkout)
All receipts are emailed to the original purchaser only, your recipient will never see it. (Even if you accidentally entered their address as the billing address - don't panic!)
Yes! You would either need to place a separate order through the checkout process for each gift, or if ordering more than 3, please feel free to email us your order and we will pop you back a combined invoice.
If emailing please include:
Gift Type / Name & Address / Preferred Delivery Date & Gift Card Message for each gift.
Do you offer discount on volume?
Yes for gift orders over 20 units, however please note for orders that have not been indented for Christmas by November 1st, discounts are unavailable.
PO Box Addresses:
Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. On occasion a rural courier may leave a parcel at a PO Box if they have things set up with the home owner to do so, however we cannot address a courier parcel ourselves to a PO Box.
Apartments & Gated Communities - Covid 19:
Often couriers find there is no access to apartment buildings or gated communities. If they ring a buzzer to the building and no one answers, the courier will decide if it is safe to leave. If they decide it is unsafe, they will take it back to the courier depot where it will need to be collected. Couriers cannot call to sort out a suitable time, they have hundreds of parcels a day to handle.
Please always provide a phone number if sending to an apartment.
We strongly recommend avoiding sending gifts to apartments where there is no access. Please send to a place of work, or a friends place where a delivery can be left safely without delay given the living nature of your gift.
Through our website we are alerted if an order is deemed to be high risk of fraud. If this happens the order will be refunded to the credit card immediately.
Should you wish to continue with your order we will require bank deposit payment before dispatch occurs. We make no apologies for taking this hard stance to stamp out credit card fraud. In all instances we will assist credit card holders in prosecuting and advising the NZ Police of fraud.
