Best Christmas Gift Ever!

I was so thrilled to find Tree Gifts NZ.
Original, reasonable, efficient, excellent communication and service. With many NZ local gifts to select from and to support small, cottage businesses. A Win Win Win all round!
This present was spot on and my friend was overwhelmed with delight and has a beautiful living Olive tree from me from across the sea.

An Exquisite Gift & Service

As a recipient of having personally received a tree gift, it arrived well packaged in a protective cardboard box and was beautifully presented in the coolest wooden crate box with a large hessian ribbon & bow wrapped around it. Very eco-friendly packaging. The products are excellent quality and delicious! The selected native tree gift (Kowhai) arrived in perfect health and shape which included fabulous care instructions for how to plant and care for it. The personalized hand written sympathy card had beautiful hand written penmanship that was definitely not a rushed scribbled note - care had been put into it.
As a tree gift online shopper, it is all very user friendly to make an online order. I was most impressed with the personal follow-up regarding a delivery address I had given was out of range for delivery. The business owner called not to say she couldn't do the order, but to help me work out an alternative delivery solution. I was also reassured that delivery would be made in time for Christmas as I had ordered on the final cut-off day for the holiday season. It did arrive on time two days prior to Christmas day! I couldn't be happier with this wonderful and professional service. My in-laws were thrilled with receiving this special gift as it was a perfect memento to plant in memory of their adult youngest son who had unexpectedly passed away. They have now created a memorial garden based on this small seedling Kowhai tree to be cherished always. Thank you Tree Gifts NZ for your care, professionalism and thoughtfulness!
