Please read prior to placing your order:
ALL Rural Deliveries nationwide are now closed
All South Island Deliveries are now closed
NEXT CUT OFF:
North Island (non rural) cut off at 2:30pm Friday 19/12
Why are the Rural & South Closed?
There is not enough time for the couriers to deliver trees to the South Island or rural addresses nationwide before Christmas and we do not want trees sitting in transit.
Options - you may order nonperishable (no trees) (ie: artwork and seed bomb gifts for rural and the South Island areas knowing they are unlikely to be there before Christmas but are fine to remain in transit over the closure periods)
Xmas Closure Dates:
We will be closed December 23, 2025 - 19 January 2026
Orders received by 2:30pm (NZST) Monday to Friday are dispatched from our offices on the day of order (unless a later delivery date is selected at checkout). As our courier is typically waiting for us at 2:30pm if your order is placed after this time it will move to the next dispatch date.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box - and require a street address.
- For urgent delivery, please call for a delivery quote on 0800 87 33 44 or +64 274978199 between 9am and 11:30am Monday to Friday. The cost is calculated by weight and destination therefore we will need to manually advise of the cost. Please note that this service is not usually available to rural delivery (RD) addresses.
- All gifts are marked "Authority to Leave" and tracked with the courier by GPS. You will be able to view the courier tracking number and follow the delivery yourself with this number after dispatch.
Cancellation of Order
If you need to cancel your order (prior to shipment), any refund will be less the credit card transaction fees of 3.5% which are not refundable to us from the bank. This is also listed in our terms and conditions on order. Gifts that have already left are unable to be cancelled or stopped mid transit. If you need to have a parcel redirected, often this can be done, however it would add 3-4 working days to the delivery timeframe.
Reviews
I bought the Simple Pleasures option as a gift for a friend. She LOVED it! Good quality products and who doesn't love a beautiful living gift that will last a lifetime😊
I was so pleased with the Tree Gifts basket I purchased for a friend. She absolutely loved it especially the native. It’s such a unique gift service which I will definitely use again.
We have used this service (and will continue) more recently as each occasion has deserved it's respective gift. It allows us to manage our budget and give time to carefully think about a gift that will keep on giving. The team has been involved in choosing what they want to send, so it truly means that it is personally from all of us. Service has been reassuring, friendly, timely and generous with their time. Nothing has been too much trouble. We wish them more success and can highly recommend them without hesitation. Congratulations on a quality product and service.
Bought to remember a family member who had passed away. The recipient has planted the kowhai close to her back door where she will always see it and remember her Dad.
Brilliant service, ordered on-line and asked if I could pay extra to get delivered for a saturday. Emailed straight back and was able to offer this due to it being local. Was for a 16 year old girl, she loved it and got pictures sent to me, so glad I could use a local shop. Much appreciated.
