Delivery Information
Orders received by 2:30pm (NZST) Monday to Friday are dispatched from our offices on the day of order (unless a later delivery date is selected at checkout). As our courier is typically waiting for us at 2:30pm if your order is placed after this time it will move to the next dispatch date.
Once your gift moves to our dispatch you will receive a tracking number via email - press the large green button on the shipping email and the shipping number will be on the left.
We use an external courier for delivery, therefore we cannot 100% guarantee a delivery date as weather, road closures, inter-island sailings etc are out of our control, especially during the winter and Spring months. Trees are perfectly fine tucked up in their boxes even if a delay occurs.
Delivery timeframes exclude the day of dispatch and any delay with the courier.
Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box - and require a street address.
- For urgent delivery, please call for a delivery quote on 0800 87 33 44 or +64 274978199 between 9am and 11:30am Monday to Friday. The cost is calculated by weight and destination therefore we will need to manually advise of the cost. Please note that this service is not usually available to rural delivery (RD) addresses.
- All gifts are marked "Authority to Leave" and tracked with the courier by GPS. You will be able to view the courier tracking number and follow the delivery yourself with this number after dispatch.
Cancellation of Order
If you need to cancel your order (prior to shipment), no problem, any refund will be less the credit card transaction fees of 3.5% which are not refundable to us from the bank. This is also listed in our terms and conditions on order. Gifts that have already left are unable to be cancelled or stopped mid transit.
