Delivery Information
Orders received before 2:30pm (NZST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from our office, unless a later delivery date is selected at checkout or the order falls on a weekend or public holiday when we are closed.
Our courier normally arrives to collect parcels at 2:30pm, so any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
To help our courier locate your property easily, please provide a complete street address including the street number. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or rural roads without a numbered address.
Delivery Timeframes
The expected delivery timeframes with the courier are listed below. We also offer an urgent delivery option with NZ Post for rural properties in the North Island which will show at checkout for selection.
May to September deliveries may take an extra day due to winter weather. Don't worry - trees are perfectly happy tucked up in their boxes (we have not had a tree perish in 22 years)

All gifts are marked "Authority to Leave" and tracked with the courier by GPS. You will be able to view the courier tracking number and follow the delivery with this number after dispatch. Couriers are not able to call prior to the delivery of a gift - in NZ they do not offer this service and will leave on the doorstep if not home, if this is not suitable consider using a workplace address.
Waiheke & Stewart Islands - yes, we deliver to these two Islands - the courier applies a surcharge which will show at checkout.
Cancellation of Order
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we’re happy to process a refund. Please note that the 3.5% fee is non-refundable, as this fee is charged by the payment provider and is not returned to us. This policy is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering.
Once a gift has left our premises, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order or stop it while it’s in transit, redirection of the parcel is often available however this can add approximately 3-4 working day to the delivery timeframe Monday-Friday. 📦
