COURIER PEAK SEASON  - There are now delays throughout the country, we are bringing gifts forwards to match these delays where possible - we are unable to guarantee a delivery date at this time.  We also cannot speed up parcels that are in transit.

We would highly recommend that you select the next available date at checkout (this may not mean it will be delivered the next working day due to delays - but it will mean that it will be dispatched immediately) As per the above - we cannot guarantee a delivery date at this time.   


FAQ: Sympathy Gifts - It is not unusual for the families who are grieving to forget to reach out to say thank you for the gift.  You will be able to track the delivery with your courier tracking number.  We recommend you call the recipient if needed when the time is right.
