Please see the above link for any current delays around the country. Whilst delays can be disappointing, the weather is completely out everyone's control. Please allow +1 extra day in transit across NZ during June-September (excluding any delays which may be listed). We often adjust shipping dates to take this into account when advised automatically. Trees are perfectly fine in transit during any delay periods, we have never in 20 years had a tree perish in transit.
FAQ: Sympathy Gifts - It is not unusual for the families who are grieving to forget to reach out to say thank you for the gift, and for some families not to find the gift (as other people pick it up and move it). You will be able to track the delivery with your courier tracking number. We recommend you call the recipient if needed when the time is right. If the recipient has still not found the gift, please call us on 0800 87 33 44 or email so that we can ask the courier for proof of delivery (we will need a phone number for the recipient at this point).
