It is now peak season, allow 3 working days to South Island (ex Rural) and 2 days North Island (excludes day of shipping) as volumes are high with the couriers across NZ

Whilst delays can be disappointing, the weather is completely out of our control (and the couriers especially if the Ferry Sailing is cancelled between islands). All couriers use the same Ferries therefore changing courier would not assist when ferries are cancelled.
Trees are perfectly fine in transit during any delay periods, we have never in 20 years had a tree perish in transit.
FAQ: Sympathy Gifts - It is not unusual for the families who are grieving to forget to reach out to say thank you for the gift, and for some families not to find the gift (as other people pick it up and move it). You will be able to track the delivery with your courier tracking number. We recommend you call the recipient if needed when the time is right. If the recipient has still not found the gift, please call us on 0800 87 33 44 or email so that we can ask the courier for proof of delivery (we will need a phone number for the recipient at this point so that we can call them).
