Payment Security

At Tree Gifts NZ, we do not see or store your credit card details. When you enter your payment information, you are securely redirected to a certified payment gateway for processing. Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive a full GST receipt via email.

All information collected on this site is kept private and secure. We do not share your details with any third-party organisations. We collect customer information solely to improve our services and ensure our website meets your needs.

We require basic details to ensure orders are delivered accurately and to contact you if any issues arise. This information is retained for as long as needed for accounting, order history, and customer service purposes. If the business changes ownership, client information stored in our database will be transferred to the new owners to maintain continuity of service.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or updated, by emailing info@treegifts.co.nz.

Occasionally, we send newsletters or special offers via email. To receive these, you may subscribe at checkout or through our VIP list pop-up. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, simply click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Corporate Clients (Non-Disclosure)

For corporate gifting orders, all recipient names and addresses provided for deliveries are securely stored and used only for processing that order. We do not share this information with any third parties. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details provided, recipient details for that order are deleted from our servers.
